Note that this offer applies only to products purchased via Langsdom’s official website; if you purchased through a retailer, please follow their return policies.
Langsdom’s limited-time warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is voided if items are taken outside the country originally purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.

What items are returnable?

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Undamaged products are entitled to be returned for a full refund within 45 days from the date of purchase. Once we inspect the returned item at Langsdom’s warehouse, we’ll initiate the refund.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Returned items must include the original packaging.
- For warranty claims, initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above conditions.
- Refund requests for the 45-day money-back guarantee will expire 45 days after the purchase date. Langsdom will not issue a refund for non-quality-related claims after the 45-day window. If purchases are not made directly through Langsdom’s online stores, please contact the respective retailers for refunds.

Warranties on products will be voided after having been fully refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong items so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns on sales merchandise or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct merchandise is to return the order you received, and once the return is accepted, place another order for the new merchandise.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Please remember it could take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you have not received the refund for more than 15 business since we approved your return, please contact us at support@langsdom.com. We will follow up and handle the issue.
