Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do all of your headphones support downloadable music (MP3 mode)?
No. Not all of our headphones include built-in memory for downloadable music.
Offline playback (MP3 mode) is supported on AirWave Pro, AirWave Max, AirSwim, and AirSwim Neo only.
What audio file formats are supported for music downloads?
On models with built-in storage that support offline music playback (MP3 mode), the supported audio formats include MP3 and WAV.
For the most stable performance, MP3 files are recommended.
