Thank you for shopping with Langsdom. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, the shipping options available for different products and destinations, applicable shipping charges, and delivery estimates.

1. Shipping Availability

Langsdom ships to selected international destinations. Shipping availability, shipping methods, shipping charges, and delivery estimates depend on:

• The product(s) in your order
• Your delivery address
• The shipping method selected
• Where applicable, your order value

If no shipping option is displayed for your address at checkout, we are unable to provide standard checkout delivery for that order.

We do not ship to destinations where delivery service is unavailable, restricted, or cannot be supported by our shipping network.

Shipping to the United States

For eligible Langsdom products other than AirFit and AirNova Pro, Standard Shipping to U.S. addresses is free.

• Order processing time: 1-2 business days
• Published Standard Shipping estimate: 3-5 business days

AirFit and AirNova Pro are not currently available for delivery to addresses in the United States.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT-07:00) will be processed on the next business day.

Before dispatch, we may verify inventory availability, product customisation requirements, and the delivery address.

3. Shipping for Products Other Than AirFit and AirNova Pro

The following shipping rules apply to products other than AirFit and AirNova Pro.

Selected Mainstream International Destinations

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, and the United Kingdom.

This group also includes selected states and territories in Australia. Availability for Australia and the United Kingdom depends on the delivery address entered at checkout.

Additional Supported International Destinations

4. Shipping for AirFit and AirNova Pro

AirFit and AirNova Pro are not currently available for delivery to addresses in the United States.

The following shipping rules apply to AirFit and AirNova Pro only.

Selected Developed International Destinations

• Standard Shipping:  $6.99 USD for orders be low 50 USD
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders of $50 USD or more
• Fast Shipping: $19.99 USD
• Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by carrier, selected service level, and destination

Additional Supported International Destinations

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD

5. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery estimate in this policy applies only to the specified product group, shipping method, and destination group.

• For eligible products other than AirFit and AirNova Pro, U.S. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• For eligible products other than AirFit and AirNova Pro, Standard Shipping to Selected Mainstream International Destinations has an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days after dispatch.
• For all other destinations and shipping methods, delivery timing is determined by the carrier, the selected service level, and the delivery destination. Carrier transit times may vary.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, destination conditions, weather events, or other circumstances outside Langsdom's control.

6. Shipping Charges at Checkout

The shipping methods and charges available for your order are determined by the products in your cart, your delivery address, your selected shipping method, and any applicable order-value condition.

Please review the shipping options and charges shown at checkout before completing payment. If your cart contains products with different shipping rules, the shipping options and charges shown at checkout apply to the complete order.

7. Tracking Information

After your order is dispatched, we will send shipping information to the email address provided with your order. Where tracking is available, the shipment email will include the tracking number and tracking website.

Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder if you have not received an expected shipment email.

8. Taxes, Duties and Customs

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and customs-clearance fees unless otherwise stated. Any charges imposed by the destination country, including import duties, taxes, or customs-clearance fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Issues and Address Changes

Please contact us promptly if:

• Your order has not arrived within the applicable published estimate
• Tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it
• Your package contains missing or incorrect items

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address generally cannot be changed. If you need to request an address change, please contact us within 1 business day after placing your order. Address changes are not guaranteed.
